新加良附颗粒对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察新加良附颗粒对S180荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射法建立S180腹水瘤小鼠模型,以新加良附颗粒低、中、高剂量及其联合5-氟尿嘧啶为治疗药物,观察对S180腹水瘤小鼠生存期及生命延长率的影响。结果:新加良附颗粒高剂量组及其低、中、高剂量组联合5-氟尿嘧啶组的生命延长率分别为28.25%、46.33%、59.89%、70.06%;与模型对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:新加良附颗粒对S180荷瘤小鼠生存期具有延长效果,各剂量组联合5-氟尿嘧啶能够明显延长S180荷瘤小鼠生存期。Objective：To observe the effects of Modified Liangfu Granules（MLFG）on survival period of S180 tumor bearing mice.Methods：The establishment of S180 ascites tumor model was made by intraperitoneal injection S180 tumor cells,which were administrated by MLFG in high,medium,low doses and combined with 5-fluorouracil respectively,then the effect of MLFG on survival period and life-prolonging rate of S180 tumor bearing mice were observed.Results：The life-prolonging rates of MLFG in high dose group and MLFG in low,medium,high doses combined with 5-FU group were 28.25%,46.33%,59.89%,70.06% respectively;compared with the model control group,there was statistical significance（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：MLFG could prolong the survival period of S180 tumor bearing mice,and the different doses of MLFG combined with 5-FU could prolong the survival time of S180 tumor bearing mice significantly.
