抗纤灵冲剂对5/6肾切除大鼠尿微量蛋白干预作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨5/6肾切除大鼠尿微量蛋白的改变以及抗纤灵冲剂干预作用。方法:将40只SD大鼠中30只行5/6肾切除,造模成功后分为正常组、模型组、抗纤灵组、氯沙坦组。药物干预12周后分批处死,留取血液及24小时尿液,检测肾功能(尿素氮、肌酐)以及尿转铁蛋白(TRF)、α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)以及24小时尿蛋白定量。结果:抗纤灵组及氯沙坦组较模型组肌酐、尿素氮有所下降,降低α1-MG、β2-MG、NAG、TRF。结论:抗纤灵冲剂可明显改善5/6肾切除大鼠的肾功能,在降低尿微量蛋白方面与氯沙坦等效,可能是抗纤灵冲剂通过改善肾小球通透性,加强肾小管的重吸收来降低各种蛋白尿。Objective：To study change of urine small protein in rats with 5/6 nephrectomy and effect of Kangxianling medicinal granules on it.Methods：SD rats（n=40）were experienced 5/6 nephrectomy,and then randomized into four groups,one with Kangxianling medicinal granules（n=10）,one with Cozaar（n=10）,one without medicine（n=10）,one without 5/6 nephrectomy and medicine（n=10）.12 weeks later,urea nitrogen,creatinine,transferring（TRF）,α1 microglobulin（α1-MG）,β2 microglobulin（β2-MG）,N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase（NAG）and 24h urine protein quantitation were tested.Results：The levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine in blood and the levels of α1-MG,β2-MG,NAG and TRF in urine were decreased in group with Kangxianling medicinal granules and group with Cozaar compared with group with 5/6 nephrectomy without medicine（P0.05）.Conclusion：Kangxianling medicinal granules could evidently improve renal function and decrease urine small protein in rats with 5/6 nephrectomy,which may be by improving glomerular permeability and enhancing renal tubule reabsorption.
