摘　　要：施杞教授是上海中医药大学博士研究生导师,终身教授,主任医师,全国名老中医学术经验继承人导师,上海市名老中医,国家首批非物质文化遗产"中医正骨"项目代表性传承人。在长期的临床实践中对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗积累了丰富的经验,按照"以气为主,以血为先,痰瘀兼顾,肝脾肾同治"的辨证论治脊柱病的理论,并确立了以益气化瘀补肾法为主的的治疗理念,拓展了中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的思路和方法,且临床应用效果显著,值得推广。Professor SHI Qi is the doctorial tutor,tenured professor and archiater of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He is the mentor for the famous nation experts of TCM,the famous traditional Chinese physician of Shanghai,the representative cultural inheritors of the first batch of state-level non-material cultural heritage for Orthopaedics and Traumatology.He has accumulated a wealth of experience in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the long-term clinical practice,formed Qi as the main,blood as the priority theory in treating spinal disease,and established invigorating Qi,resolving stasis and tonifying the kidney method.The clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
