摘　　要：通过对不同树脂的选择,确定了几种具有较好的成膜效果和较低成本的树脂;探讨了树脂成膜的机理及其结构对成膜性能的影响;考察并确定了水性助剂(如润湿剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂、消光剂、分散剂、增稠剂等)的种类及用量,制备了涂膜综合性能优良的水性聚氨酯木器面漆产品。Through screening different resins,several ones of good film-forming effect and low cost are determined.This paper discusses the film-forming mechanism of the resins and the influence of the structure on film forming performance;investigates and determines the types and the amounts of water-borne additives（such as wetting agent,de-foaming agent,film forming agent,flatting agent,dispersing agent and thickening agent）.The water-borne wooden ware PU finish product with excellent comprehensive properties is prepared.
