穴位磁疗治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位磁疗治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择符合条件的稳定型心绞痛患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予穴位磁疗。观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛改善及中医证候疗效情况。结果治疗后观察组与对照组中医证候改善总有效率（90．0％与72．5％）、中医临床症状积分[（13．25±3．68）分与（15．18±4．16）分]差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论穴位磁疗对稳定型心绞痛有较好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint magnetic therapy on .coronary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into treatment group（n =40） and control group（n = 40）. The treatment group was treated with acupoint magnetic therapy on the basis of conventional treatment, and the control group with conventional treatment. Clinical therapeutic effect, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symp- tom were observed. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptom[ 90.0% vs 72.5%, （13.25 ± 3.68 ） vs （15.18 ± 4. 16）, all P 〈 0. 05]. Conclusion Acupoint magnetic therapy for treatment of coronary heart disease has an obvious therapeutic effect.
