摘　　要：在某石煤资源综合利用项目厂址选择中,针对两个可选场地通过对七个方面的技术条件、十个方面的经济条件、以及现场的环保条件进行分析比较,最终选择了对环境影响较小的场地。这表明,在一定的情况下最终确定厂址的因素是当地的环境保护条件,传统的技术条件和经济条件不再起决定性的作用。This paper focuses on the site selection for a project of comprehensive utilization of carbonaceous shale resources.With detailed analysis and comparison on two alternative locations through seven technological conditions,ten economic conditions and environmental protection conditions around the site,the location with lower influence to the environment eventually are selected.This indicates that on certain circumstances,local environmental protection conditions are the final decisive factor to site selection,conventional technological conditions and economic conditions no longer play critical role.
