毛泽东正确处理人民内部矛盾思想对当今社会管理的启示

摘　　要：胡锦涛在省部级主要领导干部社会管理及其创新专题研讨班上,提出了加强和创新社会管理的总要求,即"最大限度增加和谐因素、最大限度减少不和谐因素",这也是正确处理人民内部矛盾的目标。要正确处理人民内部矛盾、实现社会的和谐稳定发展,就必须改革和创新社会管理体制、提高社会管理水平。对《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》一文进行文本分析,与现阶段我国人民内部矛盾进行比较,发现新问题并分析深层根源,探索正确处理人民内部矛盾的原则、体系及新机制,从而更好地处理人民内部矛盾,以期达到社会管理的目标。In a seminar for provincial-level leading cadres on Social Management and Its Innovation, President Hu Jintao proposed that to ＂maximize the harmonious factors, minimize the not harmonious factors＂ can enhance and innovate social management. This proposal is the way to handle contradictions among people correctly. To resolve conflicts among the people, we must reform as well as improve the social management system and level. A passage from ＂On the Correct Handling of Contradictions Among the People＂ is analyzed and contradictions among the Chinese in this period are compared. The purposes are to discover new problems and analyze the root causes, as well as explore the principles, systems, and revelations in handling contradictions among the people under new mechanisms to achieve social management objectives.
