摘　　要：本文以北京朝阜路为例,分析了历史街区发展旅游业的基本面。探讨了历史街区旅游业发展的优势和条件,特别分析了在文化传承基础逐渐瓦解和社区陷入衰败的情况下如何突破固有限制,通过以文化创意为重要内容的都市旅游重获生机。最后文章提出了相关建议。Based on Beijing ChaoFu Road,This paper analyzes the fundamentals of the historic district of the development of tourism.Discusses the advantages and conditions of the historic district tourism development,in particular,analysis of the gradual disintegration of the basis of cultural heritage and community into a decline,how to break the inherent limitations of urban tourism to the cultural and creative content back to life.Finally,this paper put forward relevant proposals.
