摘 要:目的:研制藁本内酯稳定剂,预测其稳定的保存期。方法:以高纯度藁本内酯为原料,加入不同的稳定剂,密封后置于-20℃冰箱、4℃冰箱、室温见光、室温避光环境下,放置一定时间后,从外观、薄层色谱图和藁本内酯含量3个方面考察不同稳定剂对藁本内酯的稳定作用。采用初均速法进行加速试验,测定藁本内酯在常温下稳定的保存期。结果:氟碳气体能使藁本内酯在各种环境下保持稳定,加速试验预测其分别能在室温(25℃)和4℃冰箱内稳定保存8个月和6年零9个月。结论:氟碳气体能使藁本内酯长期保持稳定,是藁本内酯较好的稳定剂。OBJECTIVE: To develop a Ligustilide stabilizer and to predict the expiry term of ligustilide with stabilizers. METH- ODS: Highly purified ligustilide was treated with different stabilizers and placed at --20 ℃, 4 ℃, room temperature with light, and room temperature without light respectively. The stabilities were analyzed by methods of observing appearance, TLC, and HPLC. Initial average rate methods were used to perform accelerated tests predicting the expiry term of ligustilide with stabilizers. RESULTS: Fluorocarbon gas could help to keep high stability of ligustilide under differenti conditions, and accelerated tests predict- ed that ligustilide kept stable either under room temperature (25 ℃ ) for 8 months or under 4 ℃ for 6 years and 9 months. CON- CLUSION: Fluorocarbon gas is the best stabilizer for ligustilide because of the advantage of keeping Ligustilide highly stable in a long term.
