摘 要:目的:优选荭叶软胶囊中荭草、山楂叶的提取工艺。方法:分为水提取和醇沉淀2个步骤,均采用正交试验,以异荭草素+荭草素、金丝桃苷的转移率,总固体物得率的综合评分作为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,优选水提取工艺;以异荭草素+荭草素、金丝桃苷转移率的综合评分为评价指标,以相对密度、醇沉浓度、放置时间为考察因素,优选醇沉工艺。结果:最佳水提工艺为8倍药材量的水煎煮3次,每次1h;最佳醇沉工艺为药液浓缩至相对密度为1.07,醇沉浓度为65%,放置12h。结论:该提取工艺合理、可行,可用于荭叶软胶囊中荭草、山楂叶的提取。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Polygonum orientale and Grataegi Foliurn from Hongye soft capsule. METHODS: Extraction process included water extraction and alcohol precipitation, and orthogonal experiments were car- ded out. The water extraction technology was optimized with amount of added water, extraction time and decoction times as factors using transfer rate of isorientin, orientin, hyperoside and the yield of total solid as evaluation index; the alcohol precipitation tech- nology was optimized with relative density, concentration of alcohol precipitation and setting time as factors using transfer of isori- entin, orientin, hyperoside as index. RESULTS: The optimal water extraction condition was as follows: 8-fold water, extracting for 3 times, 1 hour for each time. The optimal alcohol precipitation condition was as follows: the relative density of 1.07, the Concen- tration of alcohol precipitation 65 % and storing for 12 hours. CONCLUSION: The extraction technique is reasonable and feasible, which can be used for the extraction of P orientable and Crataegi Folium from Hongye soft capsule.
