摘 要:目的:优化水飞蓟果仁中磷脂的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验基础上,选取正庚烷-乙醇比例、固液比、提取时间、提取温度为考察因素,以水飞蓟果仁中磷脂得率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为正庚烷-乙醇(3:1,V/V),提取温度80℃,固液比1:9(m/V),提取时间120min,在此条件下水飞蓟果仁中磷脂得率为0.3402%。结论:所选工艺合理、可行,可为水飞蓟药材资源的综合开发与应用提供依据。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of phospholipids from the kernel of Sliybum maruianum. METHODS: Based on single factor test, the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with ratio of heptane to etha- nol, the ratio of solid to liquid, extraction time, extraction temperature as factors using the yield of phospholipids as index.RE- SULTS: The optimal extraction condition was as follows: the ratio of heptane to ethanol of 3 : 1 (V/V) extraction temperature of 80 ℃, the ratio of solid to liquid of 1:9(m/V), extraction time of 120 rain. The yield of phospholipids was 0.340 2 % under the optimal extraction condition. CONCLUSION: The optimal technology is reasonable and feasible, and it can provide theoretical base for the further development of S. maruianum.
