摘 要:目的:改进《重庆市医疗机构制剂规范》(2008版)中复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑的鉴别方法。方法:分别采用紫外分光光度法(规范方法)和差示分光光度法鉴别复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中的樟脑,并对结果进行比较。结果:以紫外分光光度法鉴别樟脑,不能在规定波长289nm处得到最大吸收;以差示分光光度法鉴别樟脑,采用与配制样品所用的相同批号的液体石蜡作空白时,能消除其对樟脑鉴别的影响,在289nm波长处有最大吸收,但不能消除不同批号的液体石蜡的影响;以改进后的差示分光光度法鉴别樟脑,能消除液体石蜡对樟脑鉴别的影响,在289nm波长处有最大吸收。结论:改进后的差示分光光度法结果准确、操作简便,有较好的重复性和稳定性,可用于医疗机构自制复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑的鉴别。OBJECTIVE: To improve the identification method of camphor in Compound menthol nasal drops in Preparations Standard for Medical Institution in Chongqing (2008 edition). METHODS: UV spectrophotometry (standard method) and differen- tial spectrophotometry were used to identify camphor, and the results of them were compared. RESULTS: By UV spectrophotome- try, the maximum absorption of 289 nm wavelength hadn't been obtained; using the same batch of liquid paraffin as blank con- trol, the impact of liquid paraffin on identification could be eliminated, differential spectrophotometry could get the maximum ab- sorption of 289 nm wavelength, but the impact of different batches of liquid paraffin still existed. The improved differential spectro~ photometry could eliminate the impact of the different batches of liquid paraffin on the determination of camphor, and obtained the maximum absorption at wavelength of 289 rim. CONCLUSION: The improved differential spectrophotometry is easy to operate and more accurate with better reproducibility and stability, and it can be used for the identification of camphor in Compound menthol nasal drops
