摘  要:目的 :观察大鼠侧位液压冲击脑损伤时HSP70的表达分布特点及时序性变化。方法 :雄性SD大鼠 ,给以0 .2MPa液压冲击 ,造成脑损伤 ,应用免疫组织化学技术观察冲击后不同时间HSP70在脑组织内的表达特点。结果 :冲击侧大脑皮层和脑干HSP70阳性神经细胞分别于冲击后 2h和 4h出现 ,并逐渐增强直至 12h ;冲击后 4h ,冲击侧海马HSP70免疫阳性细胞开始出现 ,4~ 12h ,海马HSP70免疫阳性细胞数无明显改变。结论 :侧位液压冲击脑损伤后HSP70在冲击侧大脑皮层、海马和脑干表达。Aim: To study the expression of HSP70 protein in moderate lateral fluid percussion brain injury in rats, and to observe the temporal patterns of the expressions following percussion. Methods: Male SpragueDawley rats were subjected to moderate lateral fluid percussion injury(0.2MPa). The expression of the HSP70 protein after injury was studied by immunohistochemistry.Results: HSP70 positive neurons in brain stem and cortex ipsilateral to the percussion occurred at 2 h and 4 h after percussion respectively, and increased up to 12 h after injury progressively. HSP70 positive neurons in hippocampus ipsilateral to the percussion occurred at 4 h after percussion and remained unchanged from 4 h to 12 h after injury. Conclusion: The expression of the HSP70 protein in cortex, hippocampus and brain stem after the lateral fluid percussion brain injury were observed ipsilaterally to the percussion. The expression of the HSP70 in brain stem was earlier than that in both cortex and hippocampus.
