摘 要:目的和方法 :静脉注射氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉 ,断双侧迷走神经 ,在 48只成年健康家兔 ,观察面神经核背内侧区(dMNF)和腹内侧区 (vMNF)注射微量吗啡和阿片受体拮抗剂 -纳络酮对颏舌肌和膈肌肌电活动的影响。结果 :在dMNF和vMNF内分别注射微量吗啡 ,颏舌肌和膈肌肌电活动明显被抑制 ,表现为肌电积分幅度降低。注射微量纳络酮 ,颏舌肌和膈肌肌电活动明显增强 ,表现为肌电积分幅度升高。并且纳络酮对吗啡的抑制作用有反转效应。结论 :dMNF可能以存在 μ受体为主 ,vMNF可能以存在其它类型的受体为主 ,且内源性阿片类物质及其受体参与了对颏舌肌和膈肌活动的调节 。Aim and Methods: Effects of microinjection of morphine and naloxone into the dorsal and ventral medial area of nucleus facialis (dMNF and vMNF) on genioglossus and phrenic muscle activities were observed in 48 urethane anaesthetized and vagotomized rabbits. Results: Microinjection of morphine into dMNF and vMNF could inhibit activities of the genioglossus and phrenic muscle. Microinjection of the opiate receptor antagonistnaloxone into dMNF and vMNF could facilitate activities of the genioglossus and phrenic muscle. Naloxone could block the effects of morphine. Conclution: There were μ opiate receptors in dMNF and other opiate receptors in vMNF. The endogenous opiates and their receptors regulated the genioglossus and phrenic nuscle activities. So they also regulated the upper airway resistance and respiration.
