摘　　要：目的　评估新标准克痛宁的长期毒性。　方法　以较高剂量新标准克痛宁连续 4 5天给 Beagle犬注射 ,检测用药期及停药后的各项生理学指标 ,并对脏器进行病理学检验。　结果　高低剂量组与对照组的各项检测指标均无明显差异。Objective The purpose of this paper was to estimate the chronic toxicity of KTL(Cobra neurotoxin purified) judged by the national standard Methods The dogs have been injected the medicinal once a day continually for 45 daysDuring the medicinalusing period and the medicinal stopping observation period,the physiological index of the dogs were tested,and the pathological examination was also made Results There was no significant difference between the examination index of the drugusing groups including the highdose group and the lowdose group and the control Conclusion New national standarding KTL has no chronic toxicity to the dog
