摘 要:以1000kV皖电东送工程同塔双回路钢管塔为对象,研究杆塔组立施工荷载对杆塔结构的影响。应用数值模拟方法对杆塔组立施工过程进行有限元仿真分析,研究对比位于不同高度的横担及地线支架等结构,采用不同顺序组装时对杆塔的影响。研究结果表明,施工各方面条件都允许的情况下,采用从上向下的顺序组装横担和地线支架,更便于施工,施工荷载对结构的影响更小,结构更安全。Taking the tubular steel tower in the transmission line with double 1000kV circuits from South Anhui province to Shanghai as research background,researches on the affect of construction load to tower structure was made.Numerical simulation method was applied to make a finite element analysis on the process of tower assembly construction.Structures overhanging the tower body,such as cross arms and bracket of earthing wire,were in different height and they could be assemblied in different order.The different affect to the built structure corresponding to different assembly order was researched.The result indicated that,assembly of overhanging structures in a order from the top to down was better.It is convenient for construction.The construction load in top-to-down method have less bad effect on the tower,which making the structure safer.
