摘 要:塔脚法兰是管体与基础相互连接的重要构件,现有规范、规程对法兰节点的焊缝应力计算并不完善,尤其是对刚性法兰条件下的焊缝研究。本文以某50m高通信单管塔为背景,采用ANSYS软件对塔脚法兰节点进行有限元分析,并与现有规范、规程的计算结果进行比较。结果表明:现有规范、规程对法兰节点焊缝强度的计算具有很高的余度,不能够准确反映法兰节点的受力状态。基于此,本文提出了刚性法兰条件下的焊缝计算方法,为法兰节点的准确合理设计提供重要的依据。The flange joint at the bottom of single-pipe tower is an important part for the connection between the pipe and the foundation.The stress of welding seam can't be analyzed rationally according to the codes currently,especially for the rigid flange joint.In this paper,rigid flange joints of one 50m single- pipe tower was analyzed with the finite element models using ANSYS respectively.The calculation results were compared with the ones obtained from the present codes.The results showed that the strength of welding seams is more than enough on the basis of the codes.The method provided in codes has limited value in reflecting accurate forced state.Based on it,the paper proposes the calculation method of rigid flange joint,and the results can be referred for the accurate design of flange joint.
