摘　　要：目的:探讨吻合器下肛肠科手术围术期有效护理方法及康复指导,以提高临床治疗效果。方法:回顾分析山西职工医学院附属医院自2011年1月至2011年12月收治的69例吻合器下肛肠手术患者的临床资料,总结临床护理方法。结果:本组69例患者手术均获成功,患者对护理满意度高,未出现术后相关并发症。结论:通过围术期护理工作的改进,使患者适应新的术式,对于降低该类手术患者术后并发症发生率、提高治疗效果、促进患者康复具有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the perioperative nursing methods and rehabilitation guidance for stapler anus operation to improve the level of clinical nursing.Methods： Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed from January to December on 69 cases of anorectal stapler operation and the clinical nursing method was summarized.Results： 69 cases of patients were successfully operated on without any postoperative complications and were very satisfied with nursing job.Conclusion： Perioperative nursing work improvement has important significance to well adapt to the new operation as a result of reducing the postoperative complications,improving the therapeutic effect and developing the chance of the recovery.
