摘 要:将废聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料与酚醛树脂(PF)共混制备了一种磨石用结合剂,然后结合氧化铝填料和磨料研制了一种抛光磨石,对结合剂的配方和氧化铝填料的用量进行了优化实验。结果表明,当废PS泡沫塑料/PF/甲苯/三氯甲烷的质量比为105/62/48/3时,抛光磨石的性能最优;氧化铝的最佳质量分数为8%。在此基础上,选用粒径约为180μm的沙粒作为磨料,并合理搭配磨块的形状,可获得具有较好抛光性能的环保型低成本抛光磨石。A binder used for polishing grindstone was prepared by blending waste polystyrene ( PS ) foamed plastic with phenolic resin ( PF ), then a kind of polishing grindstone was developed by combing the binder with alumina filler and abrasive. The formula of the binder and the content of alumina filler were optimized through experiment. The results indicated that when the mass ratio of waste PS foamed plastic / PF / toluene / chloroform was 105 / 62 / 48 / 3, the properties of the polishing grindstone was best, the best mass fraction of alumina was 8%. Based on the above experiment, through using sand with the size of 180 μ m as abrasive and collocating the grinding block with different shape reasonably, the eco-friendly polishing grindstone with low cost and better polishing performance could be gained.
