摘  要:针对高压电器绝缘盒在潮湿条件下的苛刻电绝缘性能要求,对绝缘盒用团状模塑料(DMC)和片状模塑料(SMC)进行了水中交流50 Hz,15 kV的耐电压试验。结果表明,由DMC制备的绝缘盒无法满足水中耐电压试验1 min内不发生击穿的要求,合格率仅为20%;而由SMC制备的绝缘盒能达到水中耐电压试验的要求,合格率达95%,保证了绝缘盒的电绝缘性能,经实际应用,得到了用户的认同。According to the strict eletricity insulation performance requirements of insulation boxes in high voltage electrical equipment under the conditions of humidly, the AC 50 Hz, 15 kV withstanding voltage test in water for dough molding compound ( DMC ) and sheet molding compound ~ SMC ) used for preparing insulation boxes was carried out. The results indicated that the insulation boxes prepared by DMC could not meet the requirements of that the breakdown didn't occurred within 1 min during withstanding voltage test in water and the pass rate was only 20%. The insulation boxes prepared by SMC could meet the requirements of withstanding voltage test in water and the pass rate was 95%, this ensured the electricity insulation performance of the insulation boxes. The insulation boxes prepared by SMC were received by users through the practical application.
