摘　　要：在40000 m3/h空分设备配套空压机组试车过程中,出现了油冷却器降温效果差、内置冷却器不能换热和空压机进油等问题,采取措施给予彻底解决,保证了空压机组运行的稳定性和可靠性。简介空压机组的结构和特点,分析试车过程中出现的问题和解决方法。During commissioning of 40000 m3/h air separation plant-completed air compressor set,some troubles occur such as poor temperature-lowering effect of oil cooler,failure of built-in cooler to conduct heat exchange,and entrance of oil to air compressor,and corrective measures were taken to completely eliminate the troubles and ensure stable and reliable run of air compressor set.Here,the structure and features of the air compressor set are briefed and the troubles occurring during commissioning and the solutions are analyzed.
