摘 要:武钢氧气公司两套采用加氢制氩流程的30000 m3/h空分设备,冷开车时氩气复产的时间太长,导致液氩产量不能满足需求。对主塔、粗氩塔以及氩压机的开、停车进行优化操作后,大大缩短了氩气复产时间。简介制氩系统流程,分析缩短冷开车时氩气复产时间的可行性,详细介绍对主塔、粗氩塔以及氩压机实施的优化操作和取得的效果。In Oxygen Co.,Ltd.,Wuhan Iron and Steel Group,two sets of 30000 m3/h air separation plant adopt hydrogenation argon generation process,and at cold start the time of resuming production of gasious argon is excessively long,which makes the output of liquefied argon fail to meet demands.Optimized operation of start/stop of the main tower,crude argon tower and argon compressor greatly shortens the time of resuming production of gasious argon.Here,the process of argon generation system is briefed,the feasibility to shorten the time of resuming production of gasious argon at cold start is analyzed,and the optimized operation for the main tower,crude argon tower and argon compressor and the obtained effects are detailed.
