摘　　要：EZ35-3型空气增压机在试车过程中,由于设计不合理,轴位移超标,造成主止推轴瓦磨损快,影响了空分设备正常运行。通过改造平衡管,问题得以彻底解决。介绍空气增压机轴位移偏大的现象以及原因,阐述四次故障处理过程和效果。During commissioning of Model EZ35-3 air booster,the unreasonable design and exceedance of axial shift results in fast wearing out of the main thrust bush and impairs normal operation of the air separation plant.The trouble is completely eliminated trough reforming the balance tube.The trouble of slightly big axial shift of air booster and the causes are introduced,and the treatment process and effects of four times of trouble are described.
