摘　　要：文章介绍了约翰克兰串联式干气密封在中油塔里木石化分公司合成气压缩机的成功应用经验,通过对干气密封的工作原理、密封典型布置方式、密封端面槽形结构特点,以及一级密封气系统、二级密封气系统、隔离密封气系统、放空气控制系统、增压系统流程及工作特点的描述,提出了干气密封日常操作与维护的注意事项,对干气密封出现的问题进行了分析及处理。This article introduces the successful application experience of tandem dry gas seal of John crane in synthesis gas compressor for PetroChina Tarim Petrochemical Company.Through description of the working principle,typical arrangement of seal,structural characteristics of the seal face and description of the process and working characteristics of the primary seal gas system,the secondary seal gas system,the isolation seal gas system,the vent gas control system and the supercharging system,the paper presents points for attention in daily operation and maintenance for dry gas seal.It analyzes and deals with the problems for dry gas seal as well.
