焦化装置加热炉对流段结焦的处理与优化

摘　　要：对于中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼油厂延迟焦化装置加热炉对流段结焦的现象与处理进行了总结分析。采用机械清焦技术对对流段进行了清焦,清焦后停用催化油浆回炼并及时投用加热炉分支进料第二点注水,使加热炉对流段结焦现象得到了有效控制,提出了减缓加热炉结焦的措施。This paper analyzes and summarizes the coking in the convection section of the delayed coking furnace in CNOOC Oil & Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd.Huizhou Refinery and the treatment of the coking.Mechanical decoking is adopted to deal with the coking in the convection section.After decoking,FCC oil slurry recycling is stopped and heater branch is put into use in time to feed the second point water injection.Coking in the convection section of the heater is controlled effectively.The paper also puts forward some measures to retard coking in the heater.
