摘　　要：螺栓预紧的方法有扭矩拧紧法和液压拉伸法。紧固螺栓存在很多引起失效的因素,包括载荷不均、紧固方法不当等。应根据现场情况控制好螺栓的紧固力矩,避免螺栓的载荷不均。对于经常失效的密封螺栓,应采取一定的改进措施。Torsion tightening and hydraulic stretching are two methods for preloading bolts.When fastening bolts,many factors can lead to failure,including unbalanced loading,improper fastening method,etc..The bolt's tightening moment of force should be controlled well according to the actual circumstance to avoid unbalanced loading of the bolt.Proper improving measures should be taken to deal with the seal bolts that are frequently out of service.
