FDC治疗初治肺结核药物不良反应评价及应对策略研究

摘　　要：目的:研究固定剂量复合剂(FDC)在抗结核治疗中引起的药物不良反应发生情况。方法:对我院2010年1月至2011年3月期间登记的初治肺结核患者进行随访调查,观察患者治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果:在203例初治肺结核患者中,药物不良反应发生率为86.7%,主要为高尿酸血症(73.9%),发生时间平均17d,其次为肝损害(35.5%),发生时间平均40d;发生1种药物不良反应的患者为50.2%,发生3种及以上药物不良反应的患者占7.8%。由于药物不良反应导致治疗中断率为5.4%。结论:FDC抗结核治疗过程中会有一定药物不良反应发生率,应注意监测药物不良反应发生,通过积极对症处理患者多能完成药物治疗。Objective To study the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） of fixed-dose combination on primary pulmonary tuberculosis（TB） patients.Methods Selected primary TB patients in Shenzhen Nanshan center for chronic disease control from January 2010 to March 2011.Adverse drug reactions were recorded during 6 month treatment.Results 203 cases were followed up during treatment,and the incidence of ADRs was 86.7%,hyperuricemia took the highest incidence in all types of ADRs（73.9）,occurred at about 17 days after taken drugs;Followed by liver function damage（35.5%）,occurred at about 40 days after taken drugs.the incidence of one kind of Address is about 50.2%,the incidence of three or more than three kinds of ADRs is about 7.8%.Treatment interruption caused by Address wa s about 5.4%.Conclusion The incidence of ADRs was occurred during fixed-dose combination treatment on primary TB patients.These Address should be observed closely and treated very actively to complete the treatment course.
