摘　　要：本研究通过相关产品调研、理论分析,结合医疗卫生机构科教信息管理现状,分析医疗卫生机构对信息技术辅助工具的需求情况,并据此设计卫生科教信息管理系统。系统模型通过业务模块、统计查询模块、系统维护模块、安全中心模块、参数模块5大模块的建立,对医疗卫生机构科研管理、继续医学教育管理、论文管理和学科建设及人才培养管理等知识体系实行全方位和全过程管理,以提高工效和实现组织知识共享,激励科技创新。This thesis analyzed the requirements of medical and health institutions to information technological auxiliary tools through investigation of relevant products,theoretical analysis,and combination with the situation of science and education information management system,and designed health science and education information management system accordingly.Through the construction of five modules,including business module,statistical query module,system maintenance module,security center module and parameter module,system model conducted all-around and overall management for scientific research management,continuing medical education management,thesis management,discipline construction,talents training management and other knowledge system,so as to improve work efficiency,realize organizational knowledge sharing,and stimulate scientific innovation.
