摘　　要：目的探讨儿童意外伤害发生的危险因素,为有效预防和控制儿童青少年意外伤害提供科学依据。方法采用自编儿童意外伤害调查表,采取分层整群随机抽样方法对3 261名中小学生意外伤害调查资料采用单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析发现伤害与学段、性别、是否城乡、母亲交流少、家教过严、家长经常打骂、易紧张、自认能冒险、表现大胆、怂恿同伴、易激怒、失眠、抑郁、不关注隐患、打架、无主见、依赖、遇事冲动、危险行为等有关;多因素分析显示:自认更能冒险(OR=1.95)、喜欢表现自己的大胆(OR=2.80)、易被激怒(OR=2.00)、打架(OR=1.39)、不能充分在同伴中发表正确意见(OR=1.38)、有依赖倾向(OR=1.64)、性格冲动(OR=2.37)均是学生伤害的主要危险因素。结论学生意外伤害的发生是多种因素相互作用所致,应加强预防干预措施的研究。Objective To discuss the risk factors of children accidental injury,and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of accidental injury.Method Collect the data on accidental injuries of 3 261 students by self-designed questionnaire and stratified cluster random sampling,and then conduct non-conditional logistic regression analysis of mon-factor and multi-factor.Results The mono-factor analysis revealed that the accidential injury was related to learning stages,sex,city or countryside,less communication with the mother,strict family education,being beaten and cursed by parents,being easy to get nervous,thinking of themselves as audacious,being bold,urging companions,being liable to get angry,sleepless and depressed,being not interested in hidden trouble,fighting,being a copycat,being dependent,doing things on impact,having dangerous behavior and others;while multi-factors analysis showed that thinking of themselves as audacious（OR=1.95）,appearing courageous（OR=2.80）,being easily irritated（OR=2.00）,fighting（OR=1.39）,being unable to give correct opinions among companions（OR=1.38）,being dependent（OR=1.64） and impetuous（OR=2.37） were all the major risk factors of students＇ injury.Conclusions Students＇ injuries could be caused by various factors.It was necessary to strengthen studies on prevention and intervening measures.
