摘　　要：目的针对基层疾控机构病原微生物实验室生物安全现状提出管理对策。方法通过基层疾控机构生物安全管理现状进行分析,提出存在问题和对策。结果存在生物安全组织体系不健全,管理制度不完善,工作人员生物安全意识较差,硬件设施不到位,废弃物处理能力不足等问题。结论基层疾控机构应严格执行我国实验室的生物安全的有关规定,增加投入,做好实验室生物安全管理。Objective To provide management countermeasures based on the bio-safety current situation of pathogenic microorganism laboratory in primary CDC.Method Problems and countermeasures were proposed by analyzing management current situation of bio-safety in primary CDC.Results Some problems existed,for examples,bio-safety organization system is not very sound,management system was imperfect,the staff was out of strong bio-safety awareness,hardware facilities were not in place,and waste disposal capacity was insufficient.Conclusions Primary CDC should strictly carry out the relevant provisions on laboratory bio-safety,increase investment,and do the management work of laboratory bio-safety well.
