摘  要:本文根据普通实验室的条件,对酵母菌辅酶Q(CoQ)的提取方法进行了改进,既有效地节约了试剂,又避免了一些非常规仪器的使用,使得CoQ分子类型的测定简便易行。用改进的方法,测定了37株假丝酵母属(CandidaBerkhout)菌株的CoQ类型,并据此解决了一些根据常规的形态和生理生化性状难以作出精确鉴定的疑难菌株的分类学问题。The extract procedure of coenzyme Q (ubiquinone) from yeasts was simplified by reducing the amount of reagents used including potassium chloride,methanol,pyrogallol and hexane.After saponification of the yeast cells harvested from 300 ml medium, enough ubiquinones were obnined by one time extraction with 40 ml hexane.Crude extracts of ubiquinones could be obtained by natural evaporation of the small amount of hexane in shout time.The ubiquinones of 37 yeast strains belonging to the genus Candida Berkhout isolated from China were extracted by using the simplified method. After purification, molecular types of the major ubiquinones of the strains were determined by using reversed-phase paper chromatography.
