超高效液相色谱法测定烟草料液中7种水溶性糖

摘　　要：以ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide柱为分析柱,乙腈(0.2%TEA)-水作为流动相,建立了超高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器测定烟草料液中鼠李糖、木糖、果糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖7种水溶性糖的分析方法。7种水溶性糖回归方程相关系数均大于0.999,检出限在0.56～1.11μg/mL之间,回收率在96.7%～103%之间,相对标准偏差在0.78%～3.08%之间。该方法操作简便、分析速度快、重复性好、准确性高,可用于烟草料液中水溶性糖含量的测定。A new method for the determination of seven water soluble carbohydrates（rhamnose,xylose,fructose,mannose,glucose,sucrose,maltose） in tobacco feed liquids by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography（UPLC） with Evaporative Light Scattering Detector（ELSD） is established.The carbohydrates were separated on Acquity UPLC BEH Amide column by using acetonitrile-water（0.2%TEA） as the mobile phase.Recoveries of the method for the seven water soluble carbohydrates were from 96.7%-103% with relative standard deviations（RSD）（n=6） of 0.78%-3.08%.This method can be applied to the determination of water soluble carbohydrates in tobacco feed liquid with good result.
