摘 要:建立了化妆品中硝酸咪康唑含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品经甲醇-三氯甲烷(1∶1)超声提取,用高效液相色谱分离后,采用二极管阵列检测器进行检测。方法检出限为10 ng,定量限为35 ng,在5~150μg/mL范围内线性良好(R=0.9992),三个浓度水平的加标回收率在90%~110%之间,精密度RSD为0.18%,重复性RSD小于5%。该方法简便、快速、精密度高、实用性好,能够满足化妆品中硝酸咪康唑含量测定的要求。A HPLC method for determination the content of miconazole nitrate in cosmetics was established.The sample was ultrasonically extracted by methanol-trichloromethane(1/1),then detected by HPLC-DAD.The limit of detection for miconazole nitrate was 10 ng,the limit of quantification for miconazole nitrate was 35 ng,at the spiked levels of 5-150 μg/mL(R=0.9992).The mean recoveries were 90%-110%,with the precision 0.18%,repeatability were less than 5%.The method was simple and fast with high precision and good practicability,suitable for the determination of the content of miconazole nitrate in cosmetics.
