摘  要:研究了碎煤加压气化废水生化出水经不同药剂的强化混凝预处理后出水的超滤膜通量变化规律。结果表明,初始膜通量随着混凝药剂投加量的增大而增大,在PFC投加量为150 mg/L时,初始膜通量为纯水通量的80.4%,原水未经混凝预处理时初始通量仅为纯水通量62.5%,经过长期运行,强化混凝后水样超滤通量衰减趋势减缓。不同预处理条件下受污染的超滤膜经简单碱洗(NaOH,浓度10 mmol/L)-酸洗(HCl,浓度10 mmol/L)浸泡后,通量恢复效果不同,处理原水、PFC(150 mg/L)、PAC(150 mg/L)的超滤膜初始通量恢复率分别为79.4%、84.1%、85.1%。The experiment was carried out with the aim of study the effect of UF membrane flux after the enhanced coagulant with different coagulating agent used as treating the wastewater in Pressurized Gasification of Pulverized Coal after the biological treatment. The result indicated that dosage increasing can improve UF membrahe flux. The original membrane flux, which was 62.5% of the pure water, can be up to 80.4% with the PFC dose was 150 mg/L; the decline of membrane flux can be slow down after enlaanced coagulant atter long time working; membrane flux of membrane fouling renewed differently aider immersing in the alkaline solution (NaOH 10 mmol/L)- acid solution (HC1 10 mmol/L), the renew rate. of UF membrane flux of raw waster water, PAC (150 mg/L), PFC (150 mg/L) were 79.4%, 84.1%, 85.1%, respectively.
