摘　　要：介绍了美国波动性电源并网组织(UVIG)2012年春季会议概况,综述了波动性电源发展战略与输电规划、波动性电源并网的系统影响、促进波动性电源并网的措施、分布式能源研究与实践等重点议题,最后提出了相关启示与建议。Information of Utility Variable-generation Integration Group （UVIG） spring workshop and annual meeting in 2012 is introduced. Topics in the meeting are summarized, including variable generation development strategy and transmission planning, system impact of variable generation integration, measures to promote variable generation integration, as well as research and practice of distribution resources. The inspiration and suggestion are put forward finally.
