摘　　要："第二代民族政策"没有新意;"第二代民族政策"观点举证严重失实;本文从理论到实际例证,对"第二代民族政策"提出了质疑。The topic includes five contents,1.＂The second generation of ethnic policy＂ is not original;2.There are many fabrications in the point of view of ＂the second generation of ethnic policy＂;3.The logical relationship is disordered;4.＂The second generation of ethnic policy＂ will aggravate the event of separation of nationalities;5.China should gather the common characters of all nationalities in the process of achieving real equality of nationalities.This paper focuses on Part 1,involving former two contents.＂The second generation of ethnic policy＂ is doubted by demonstrating from theoretical to practical aspects.
