摘　　要：同一认定理论是司法鉴定与刑事侦查领域中的重要基础理论。文章从司法鉴定和刑事侦查领域中同一认定理论的运用入手,分析了两者在同一认定的主体、方法手段、适用程序方面的差异性,指出了司法鉴定与刑事侦查中的同一认定理论融合的意义与完善措施。Identification theory is an important basic theory in the fields of judicial expertise and criminal investigation.Through the application of identification theory in the fields of judicial expertise and criminal investigation,the article analyzes the differences in the same identified subject,methods and means,and applicable procedures,and points out the significance and improving measures of combining identification theory between judicial expertise and criminal inuestigation.
