摘　　要："淘宝事件"折射出我国电子商务中定价互动机制,中小商户维权方式法律规制,第三方权益受损的法律救济途径,以及电子商务中垄断监督和维权协助的缺失等问题,建议加强电子商务中定价互助机制、垄断监督机制的建立,设立维权组织,规制维权方式,建立切合电子商务特点的司法管辖制度。＂Taobao event＂ reflects many problems,such as pricing interaction mechanism in e-commerce of our country,legal regulation of means of protection for small and medium-sized merchants,legal remedies of interests damage for the third-party,the lack of monopoly supervision and activist assisting in e-commerce,etc.It is suggested that we should strengthen the establishment of pricing mutual-aid mechanism in e-commerce and monopoly supervision system,set up advocacy group,regulate the means of protection,and build jurisdictional system meeting the e-commerce features.
