假释犯社区矫正问题研究

摘　　要：我国《刑法修正案(八)》第十七条明确规定假释犯适用社区矫正的行刑方式。但由于社区矫正制度刚刚确立,在立法规定上尚有不足之处。文章分析了假释犯在社区矫正中存在的问题,并提出了科学建立假释犯社区矫正的建设性对策。Article 17 in ＂Criminal Law Amendment（8）＂ clearly stipulates the community correction system of parolees in our country.However,because the community correction system has just been established,there are still some inadequacies in legislative provisions.The article analyzes the problems in community correction of parolees and provides scientific constructive countermeasures.
