摘　　要：学风建设是高校建校之根本。该文在对低年级统招学生和扩招学生学习情况调查的基础上,分析学生在学习动机、学习兴趣、学习态度和目前的学习状况中存在的各种问题,并结合辅导员工作的实际情况提出相应的对策,充分发挥辅导员在高校低年级学生学风建设中的作用。The construction of style of study is fundamental. Based on investigation of learning between increasing enrollment and recruits students, the article makes an analysis of the problems on motivation of learning, interest of Learning ,attitude of learning, and the current study state. And combining with practical work of counselors, the authors puts forward the corresponding countermeasures which propose giving full play to counselors＇ role of the colleges on the construction of study style.
