摘  要:介绍了国内外高炉技术的发展现状。大型化是高炉的发展趋势,高炉的装备技术、长寿技术、节能减排和能源利用技术的研究也不断有新突破。济钢3200m3高炉设计采用了带耐火材料内衬的高效荒煤气螺旋筒式旋风除尘器、嘉恒法渣处理工艺及渣余热回收技术、自主创新开发的炉腹复合铜冷却壁等"先进、实用、经济"的冶炼工艺和装备技术,投产后,高炉实现了安全、稳定、可靠运行。This article introduced the research status of blast furnace technologies at home and abroad. Large scale is the development trend of blast furnace, what' s more, the researches about BF equipment technologies, BF long campaign technologies, energy saving and emission reduction and energy utilization technologies continued to have new breakthroughs. Jinan Steel's 3 200 m3 BF adopted some advanced, practical and economic smelting processes and equipment technologies in design, such as high efficiency spiral drum type cyclone dust collector for raw gas with refractory lining, Jiaheng slag treatment process and slag waste heat recovery technology and composite copper cooling stave developed by independent innovation. After putting into production, the blast furnace realized safe, stable, reliable operation.
