摘 要:理性是人类精神生活的一种形式,它不仅包括在一定规则下应用概念进行判断、推理等思维能力或认识能力,而且包括对行为和目的的选择、质疑、反驳和辩护的能力。理性意识、理性能力、理性精神和理性观共同构成了人的理性人格,培育者应该以培育青年对象理性人格作为基本目的。在探究了理性人格培育的重要性和实际缺陷的基础上,形成了"三个统一"的最佳培育对策,即理论培育与实际统一;理性因素与非理性因素统一;理性培育与德育、美育统一。Rationality is a form of human spiritual life, which includes not only the thinking and cogni- tive ability to judge and reason by using the concept and the rules, but also the ability to select, ques- tion, refute and defend on the conduct and purpose. Consisting of the rational consciousness, the ra- tional ability, the rational spirit and rational view, the rational personality of human beings should be taken as the basic training objective for educators. After exploring both the importance and the deft- ciency of rational personality cultivation, the paper summarizes the training strategies, which are the unity of the theoretical training and practical one; the unity of rational factors and irrational factors~ the unity of rational training and moral and aesthetic education.
