摘  要:目的分析血气分析的质量控制方法,从而分析其检验程序。方法应用丹麦Radiometer Medical ApS公司的血液气体分析仪,对试剂盒内的同一份质控标本进行检测。按照不同的定标和质控时间来分析血气分析的检验程序对检测结果的影响。结果质控间隔时间对高靶值的影响:除了1 d和2 d之间的血气指标均没有统计学差异之外(P>0.05),其他时间的指标之间相互比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质控间隔时间对低靶值的影响:除了1 d和2 d之间的血气指标、血乳酸在4 d之间的差异均没有统计学差异之外(P>0.05),其他时间的指标比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质控方法对靶值的影响:高靶值除了Na+之外,低靶值除了pH之外,其他指标的差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验的准确度和精密度均达到了90%以上。结论血气分析的具体步骤为:每天定标和质控1次,且于早晨检验标本前进行,标本的数据会较为准确,将会取得较好的效果。Objective To analyze quality control methods of blood gas analysis and determine the inspection procedures. Methods The same quality control sample provided in the detection kit was measured by Radiometer Medical ApS Blood Gas Analyzer in the study. The impact of the program on test results was analyzed according to different calibration and quality control time. Results The impact of quality control interval on high values of the target: except blood gas analysis between day 1 and day 2 , the differences of other time comparisons were statistically signifi- cant ( P 〈0.05 ). The impact of quality control interval on low values of the target: except blood gas analysis between day 1 and day 2, and among day 1 to day 4 for Lac 4, the differences of other time comparisons were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The impact of quality control methods on the target values : except Na + high target value and pH low target value, the differences in the target values of other indicators were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Experimental accuracy and precision were more than 90%. Conclusion Calibration and quality control before testing clinical specimen in the morning of each working day can make the results of blood gas analysis more accurate.
