摘 要:以植物内生真菌球毛壳菌ND35菌株和病原真菌立枯丝核菌Rs-1菌株及毛白杨树组培苗为试材,分析检测了接种球毛壳菌后立枯丝核菌侵染杨树组培苗的发病情况和4种不同处理的植物产生过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性变化。结果表明:与对照相比接种球毛壳菌后的植物在一定程度上能够阻止立枯丝核菌的扩展,发病率和病情指数均有所降低,明显提高植物POD、PPO和PAL的酶活性。说明接种球毛壳菌后诱导植物产生的3种防御酶对提高植物抗病性有一定的影响。Endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum strain ND35 and pathogenic fungus Rhizoctonia sola- ni strain Rs - 1 as well as plantlets from tissue culture of Populus tomentosa were used as test materials. After inoculated with C. globosum ND35, the poplar plantlets infected by R. solani Rs - 1 were investigated, and the activities of peroxidase ( POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) were also detected. The results showed that the plantlets inoculated with Rs - 1 after ND35 inhibited pathogenic ex- panding in some extent and decreased the disease percentage and disease index, but significantly increased the activity of POD, PPO and PAL compared with the control. In conclusion, the three defense enzymes induced by inoculating C. globosum ND35 had an impact on enhancing the resistance to plant diseases.
