摘　　要：地理标志权与植物新品种权是重要的农业知识产权。本文研究了大葱资源的地理标志权与植物新品种权保护现状,并提出了改进措施,主要有:山东省推进实施国家质量系统的地理标志产品保护,建立地理标志大葱的国家质量标准,以提高质量标准化,鼓励保护范围内更多企业使用地理标志专用标志,统一地理标志保护范围内的大葱品牌,实现大葱地理标志权与新品种权的双重保护,开发地理标志大葱的旅游资源,以发展观光农业。Abstract Geographical indications property and new plant variety rights are important agricultural intel- lectual properties. The protection status of geographical indication property and new plant variety fight of green Chinese onion resources in China was analyzed in this paper, and then the improve measures were put for- ward. The measures included to promote the geographical indication property protection in Shandong province under the national quality system of green Chinese onion resources, to establish the state quality standards for the national geographical indication green Chinese onion, to encourage the use of all special signs of geograph- ical indications, to unite the green Chinese onion brand of protected geographical indication, to combine the protection of geographical indications and new plant variety right, and to develop the tourism resources of geo- graphical indication green Chinese onion.
