摘　　要：研究目的:揭示农村宅基地制度变迁的规律,提出对宅基地制度创新的启示。研究方法:文献资料法、归纳演绎法。研究结果:从历史发展的长河来看,土地要素相对价格的变化是宅基地制度变迁的根本动力;从制度演变的内部机理来看,制度创新能否最终形成,受各利益集团的力量及其博弈结果影响。研究结论:在进行宅基地制度创新时既要考虑宅基地要素相对价格的变化趋势,尽量让宅基地制度创新的路径和方向与宅基地要素相对价格变化的趋势相吻合,同时又要充分考虑各利益集团的偏好及影响。The purpose of the paper is to find the tendency of the rural residential land system change and to propose the revelation for the system innovation. Methods employed include documentation and deduction. The results show that change of relative land price is the basic factor to push the rural residential land system change, and the system innovation is influenced by the interest groups. It is concluded that we should consider the change of relative land price, and let the system innovation fit the change of the relative price. At the same time, we should take into account the preference and influence of various interest groups.
