摘  要:枸杞是运动员饮食中常用的营养补剂,对运动后体能恢复、免疫能力提高等具有重要作用。为了研究补充枸杞对力竭运动后大鼠骨骼肌超微结构变化的影响,对Wistar大鼠6周枸杞灌喂后进行一次性力竭运动,观察运动后即刻、24 h、48 h、72 h的大鼠比目鱼肌超微结构变化。发现力竭运动导致大鼠比目鱼肌在运动后即刻至48 h间超微结构出现显著变化,表现为Z线的紊乱、肌纤维断裂、线粒体结构改变及肌核内移等现象。表明补充枸杞能显著改善力竭运动后即刻至48 h比目鱼肌超微结构损伤,加速骨骼肌超微结构损伤恢复。As one of nutritional supplements in athletes' diet, wolfberry plays an important role in physical and immunity recovery after exercise. In order to study the effects of woltZoerry on rat skele- tal muscle ultrastructure after exhaustive exercise, rats were exercised exhaustive after six weeks supplement wolf'berry and were observed uhrastructural changes of the soleus muscle in Oh, 24h, 48h and 72h after exhaustive exercise. The results showed that ultra - microstructure of rat soleus were changed significantly from Oh to 48h after exhaustive exercise with fractured muscle fiber, mus- cle interstitial edema, inflammatory cell infiltration and myocyte necrosis degeneration. Added wolf- berry can significantly improve the uhrastructure of micro - damage in soleus muscle from Oh to 48h after exhaustive exercise, which show complement wolfberry accelerate recovery of skeletal muscle uhrastructure and skeletal muscle micro -damage repair after exhaustive exercise
