摘　　要：以中国女排现阶段(1995年至今)参加世界三大赛所取得的成绩为依据,运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对现阶段中国女排发展的特点及主要影响因素进行分析,给备战伦敦奥运会中的中国女排一点启示和理论参考。With the achievements of Chinese women volleyball team as the basis, and with literathe questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other methods, it analyzed the develop ment of Chinese womeng volleyball team features and the main factors. It expected to be a revelation and theoretical reference value for the Chinese women＇s volleyball team preparing for the London Olympic Games.
