摘　　要：更换流槽是浮法生产线一项影响重大的热修工作,文章根据更换操作过程生产线实践,总结出在三大热工设备(窑炉、锡槽、退火窑)保温、流槽安装施工、唇砖烘烤等方面的一些经验,并提出了几点建议。Renewing flowing spout is a very important hot repair work, which does influence on float glass production. This article shows some experience and advice on protection of furnace, insulation of tin bath and lehr, installation of spout, preheating of spout lip.
