摘  要:简述了太阳能热发电用反射镜—超薄镀银玻璃镜的基本工艺原理及生产工艺流程,介绍了目前反射镜生产技术的国内外概况。对国内现有的自动化镀银制镜生产设备提出了一些改进意见,以满足反射镜的生产工艺技术要求。展望了太阳能热发电用反射镜的市场需求。Fundamental principle and production process of reflector used for power generation with solar thermal energy, ultra-thin silvered mirror, were briefly described. General production and technology status of the reflector at home and abroad were also introduced. Some suggestions for improvement of domestic current equipments for automatic production of silvered glass mirror were proposed so as to meet the challenge of reflector production technology. The future market of the reflector used for power generation with solar thermal energy was analyzed.
